Overview
The Dynamic Fodder modules represent an intense environmentally controlled system to speed the growth of high quality and nutritious fodder under optimal growth conditions. Once installed, each module can be up and running to produce full output within 7 days. Typically, wheat or barley seeds are used, germinating in the first few days, and allowed to grow for a further 3 or 4 days before removal and feeding to desired herds.

We recommend establishing a 6 or 7 day growing cycle for large forage animals (cattle, camels, llamas etc) and a 5 day cycle for small forage animals (chickens, sheep, pigs etc). Your feeding requirements will indicate which is the optimal growing time to adopt.

A single module will require around 4 hours per day maintenance effort to:
- Gather seed and wash for the current days input
- Loading up trays for seeds ready for germination
- Extracting completed fodder and distributing to herds
- Cleaning the container of any spillages or residues

Each module is installed with a wireless monitoring and management system allowing remote access to and control of primary elements of the fodder production cycle. Dynamic Fodder have partnered with wireless publishing and distribution company ActiveSky in developing and delivering this system management innovation.
